ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT TRANSPORT & ACCOMMODATION
- For participants who qualify for the final round, the Organizer will provide Transportation to the Final city (Yogyakarta) with the following conditions:
- Transportation provided by the organizer is ONLY ONE WAY from the participants’ hometown to the city of Yogyakarta on November 8, 2024.
- Transportation provided by the organizer is an official partner of KKF 4, so it cannot be replaced or cashed out.
- Ticket/transport bookings will be made by the organizer (NOT a reimbursement system nor fund transfer).
- Participants who pass through the finals are required to provide personal data needed for booking a maximum of H+3 after the technical meeting (October 12, 2024).
- The organizer only provides transportation for 5 people in a group.
- If there are more than 5 people in a group and want to add a back dancer or crew, then participants can make additional transportation reservations through the organizer to get a special price. This is because the transportation provided by the organizer is the official partner of KKF 4, so there will be a special price for participants/supporters of KKF 4 as long as the booking is made through the organizer.
- Additional transportation to Yogyakarta MUST be on the same day and time, as provided by the organizer for participants.
- Participants under the age of 15 who feel they still need to be accompanied, participants are allowed not to use the transportation provided by the organizer with the consequence of using personal expenses and still participating in the full series of activities.
- If participants are NOT willing to use the transportation provided by the organizer, then participants are allowed to make their own reservations with the consequence of using their own costs. (reference no.1 Point 3)
- Participants who qualify for the FINAL round will be MANDATORY to attend the entire series of activities on November 8-10, 2024. If the participant is unable to follow the series, it will be considered to have withdrawn from the Final event.
- The organizer can provide a letter of permission to participants who need it as a reference and statement to join the Final competition in Yogyakarta.
- The organizers will provide accommodation during the activities in Yogyakarta with terms and conditions as follows:
- Participants should be in Yogyakarta by 8 November 2024, because the event will start on 8 November 2024 at 6 PM (Yogyakarta Time).
- The organizer provides accommodation for 4 Days and 3 Nights (8-11 November 2024)
- The accommodation provided by the organizer is an Official Partner of KKF 4, so it cannot be replaced or cashed out
- Participants are allowed to check out after the winner announcement (10 PM) or the next day (November 11).
- The organizer only provides accommodation for 5 people in one group.
- 1 Room can only be filled with a maximum of 4 people and the distribution of rooms will be arranged by the organizer
- Women and Men will be on separate floors
- If there are more than 5 people in 1 group and want to add a Back Dancer or crew, then participants can make additional hotel reservations through the organizer to get a special price. This is because the hotel provided by the organizer is the Official Partner of KKF 4, so there will be a special price for participants / supporters of KKF 4 as long as the booking is made through the organizer.
- Participants under the age of 15 who feel they still need to be accompanied, participants are allowed not to use the accommodation provided by the organizer with the consequence of using personal expenses and still participating in the full series of activities.
